Eric Heck - Owner
Eric is the owner and operator of J&M Property Solutions. He has 25+ years of experience in construction progress reporting, commercial and residential inspections, masonry and stone failures/inspections, new masonry installations, and general contracting. Eric also serves as the Iowa Distribution Representative for Iowa Stone Supply. His past includes owning Heck, Inc, which he operated the largest stone installation company in the Ankeny, Ames and Des Moines area.
LeRoy - Team Member
Leroy has a strong background in the construction space, with thirty years of experience. His experience includes: sheet metal, heating and cooling, and general contracting. Leroy has been a member of J & M Property Solutions' team for six years, as an inspector.
Jake Heck - Team Member
Jake has worked as a superintendent for the residential and commercial building industries for eight years, In addition, he has been a member of the J & M Property Solutions' team for the last four years, in the inspection area.
